Employee Assistance Programmes
An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is a cash based scheme that can sit alongside a Private Medical Insurance policy, or be a standalone plan.
What is an Employee Assistance Programme?
It gives your staff the comfort of having cash amounts for dental, optical, consultations, legal support and therapies. Different plans offer different levels of benefit, depending on the provider.
There are also medical advisory services manned by doctors, nurses and medical advisors. They can provide clinical guidance before and after an operation or treatment.
